English Turn Neighborhood

“The Intracoastal Waterway that runs into the Mississippi River divides the general area of River Park/Cutoff/Lower Coast. The neighborhoods are composed of mainly low- to middle-income families, with the exception of English Turn. Most residents own their own homes. There are a high percentage of Asian residents (13%), second only to Village de l'Est.
