Katrina Andry, BA, MA, PMP

Project and Communications Manager

Katrina Andry is the Project and Communications Manager at The Data Center in New Orleans. In this role, she builds teams, develops work strategies, guides branding and marketing communications, manages vendor relationships, and documents organizational knowledge. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to project management, ensuring teams have what they need to excel and grow. Katrina has provided editing, communications, quality assurance, and design support for numerous Data Center projects, including Placing Prosperity, The Coastal Index, and The New Orleans Index at Twenty. Her wide-ranging professional experience enables her to bring people together through listening, understanding, and transparency.

Before joining The Data Center in 2019, Katrina spent more than a decade as a brand and communications strategist for cultural institutions, higher education, and hospitals nationwide—developing campaigns and materials that elevated their profiles, built community trust, and expanded their audiences.

Katrina earned her bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications from Louisiana State University and is a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Second Harvest Food Bank and has served on the boards of 826 New Orleans and A Friend of A Studio in the Woods. Since 2016, she has also mentored young adults in the multinational ADC program and works with a team to develop curricula for the teachers they serve.
